In stock freight items are delivered by truckline to your door or first dry threshold and require 1 to 3 weeks of transit time once processed. Delivery agents may require your assistance with larger, more cumbersome items. It is the customers responsibility to transport the product(s) inside the home, however several of our freight companies offer service upgrades to help move merchandise from the threshold into your home or office for an additional charge. We are more than happy to obtain delivery upgrade quotes for you at the time the delivery is scheduled.
You will be contacted in advance and will need to have an adult present to inspect and accept the delivery. Always inspect even if the box does not appear damaged. If the item arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and notate the Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery receipt. Once the damaged item arrives back at the shippers dock, it will then be inspected and either replacement parts will be issued to repair the item or a new item will be shipped, depending on the severity of the damage and the manufacturer's assessment.
