Placing an order with MiniTots is simple:
1. While browsing our store, select the product you like, by clicking on the "Add to Basket" button. Adding the product to the Basket means that MiniTots will remember the information about that particular item when you are ready to check out. (You can always remove an item or add quantity from your basket later.)

2. Not done shopping? Click to continue. Each time you add a product, you will be shown all the items in your basket. Once you have selected all your purchases, proceed to the “check-out” by clicking 'View Cart'.

3. At the MiniTots checkout, you will view your entire order so that you can verify that all the information we have is correct. If you see anything that's been entered incorrectly, please change it now. You will be asked to complete the billing and shipping information. All information entered on this and following pages will be on a secure server for your safety and privacy. At this point, you can safely enter your credit card information through our secure server.

4. Submit your order by confirming the last page of check-out and MiniTots will then email you an order confirmation number.

Ordering via fax, toll-free phone or mail:
Place products in your shopping cart online and continue through check out until prompted to print out the order sheet for fax, mail, or phone orders. To complete your order, you must write your credit card information on the printed sheet and fax or mail it to MiniTots.

International Orders:
As of now, we do not accept any orders shipped to an International address.

Canada and Puerto Rico
Most small items like bassinets and bedding can be shipped via UPS.

For large items like custom furniture inquire about our shipping methods. Please include your exact address and items of interest when contacting our customer service at customerservice@minitots.com.

All tax and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Payments can be made through Credit Card issued in the US only, Money Order, or Wire Transfer.

Hawaii and Alaska
Small items like Bassinets and bedding can be sent through U.S. Postal Service. All other items are delivered via UPS or FedEx Air. Your desired shipping method should be indicated when the order is made (in the comment box). We will notify you of the shipping charges via e-mail.

APO/FPO
Minitots.com sincerely admires and respects the military effort. The men and women in uniform create the tranquility and peace which we value dearly. To convey our deep appreciation to them, we have instituted the following shipping methods to our esteemed military bases.

Orders for Army Post Office (APO) addresses will ship via the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail) to the Army Post Office depot. The military handles the delivery once the packages arrive at the designated AA, AE or AP address, and from that point the delivery is subject to the military delivery schedules. Place your order online. We will contact you via e-mail with the appropriate shipping charges. The shipping charges will be at a discounted fee based on actual shipping rates. Once you have approved the total cost, including shipping charges, payment can be made. Additionally, certain oversized items including furniture cannot be shipped to these addresses. Freight delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses or international addresses and is available to the contiguous U.S. only.

Payment Options:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and money orders as payment for orders. The simplest way to pay for your order is to enter your credit card number on the secure online order form. If, for any reason, you choose not to submit your credit card number over the Internet, you have two payment options:

1. Paying by money order
You can proceed through check out until all the items you want appear on the "shopping basket" screen. Then select "pay by Money order," print your order form, and send us a money order (U.S. dollars only) for the amount of your order. Please bear in mind that we will only process your order once your funds are received. Please mail your money order to:

2. Calling in your credit card number
You can still use your credit card even if you prefer not to submit your credit card information via the Internet. When checking out, you can check the option to "complete order by phone" on the "payment" screen. Then call us with your credit card number to initiate your order. Sales Tax:
Sales tax applies for New York customers only, at the rate of 8.25%

Security and Privacy:
We at MiniTots.com respect and understand the need for privacy in a world where that domain is often breeched. Shopping online requires utmost protection, therefore we have instituted a Privacy Policy that will ensure your safety and allow you to shop worry-free. The personal information you provide us; credit card numbers etc. is of course necessary for the purchase of any item however the information remains confidential in every aspect. All our customer data is confined and locked under the security of the Verisign Lock. This lock appears on the bottom of every web page on our site and serves as a strong assurance that you can make your purchases worry-free. So rest assured-with MiniTots.com you are safe and secure, and we will never sell or give any identifiable information about you to any third party without your approval.

Return Policy:
At MiniTots.com, we are committed to nothing short of excellence regarding the support we provide to you before, during and after your sale. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of your delivery date, you may return or exchange any returnable item(s). we will take back the product and issue a refund or exchange. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval of our Customer Service Department. (Custom and Special Orders items see below).

The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means saleable condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture items requiring assembly that have been assembled.

The actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective (Please see our policy regarding damaged or defective items).

To return an item, please email return@minitots.com with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Product number and/or product name
3. Reason for return
4. Return for replacement, exchange, or refund

Our Customer Service team will send you a return email with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how, and where to send the package. If an item is returned without a Return Authorization Number, we will not be able to process the return, and a credit will not be issued.

For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Note: Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.

Damaged and Defective Items:
MiniTots strives to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process after leaving MiniTots. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage if you do not plan on using it immediately.

We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost (the same applies when buying a set, we can't accept cancellation on other pieces of the set if they are already shipped out), but we will make every effort to correct this situation.

Contact our customer service department within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well. We will continue to make every effort to get you individual replacement parts.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces. Please email return@minitots.com with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Product number and/or product name
3. Pictures of Damaged items (No refund will be issued without pictures)
4. Return for replacement, exchange, or refund

Cancellation:
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and handled in the same manner as returns. Customer will be responsible for the shipping. Including rejected shipments.

Custom Orders:
All custom made orders are final sales. We cannot accept any cancellations, or returns due to the nature of our business of providing customized products.

Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our designers. In the event of a shipping delay, MiniTots will notify you promptly and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.

All Custom made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, since MiniTots Designer's craft these items to your specifications.
